Meet WDM Founder, Lori
With over two decades of experience working with families in the court system, Lori Caravalho leads WDM. Lori's commitment is to guide couples through divorce amicably, relieving the emotional burden often associated with the process. She ensures that each couple's unique needs and circumstances are met, crafting thoughtful and fair agreements.
Lori began her work in mediation in 2008 with Massachusetts Families for Kids, facilitating permanency mediation regarding children in state care. She moved into the area of family and divorce mediation in 2011 with Parker Mediation and Collaborative Law. Lori’s many years of experience working on behalf of children and families has enabled her to gain a deep understanding of the issues families face when considering divorce. Through Worcester Divorce Mediation, her goal is to continue this work supporting families throughout Worcester County.
